I’m so excited to team up with you to pull off something that’s going to be absolutely incredible.
The Childless Collective Summit is a 4-day virtual event on March 18-21, 2021 that will help those in the childless community find support, healing, and connection.
On this page, you’ll find all kinds of resources meant to make your role as a podcast contributor as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have. If you run into a question I didn’t answer, email me at email@example.com.
As a podcast contributor, you’ll also get free access to the Extended All Access Pass!

What I’ll Need from You
Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.
The event will run from March 18-21, 2021 with 6 pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 30-45 minutes of content. In addition to the pre-recorded presentations, we’ll also offer a few live sessions, like a happy hour or Q&A session.
All sessions are free to watch for 24 hours. If attendees want access to the sessions after that time, they have the option to purchase an Extended Access Pass that includes recordings of all the presentations and additional bonus material.
That’s where you come in! To make the Extended All Access Pass extra special, we’re asking podcasters to create exclusive episodes for a “Podcaster’s Bundle” that will be included with every purchase of an Extended All Access Pass. By contributing a podcast episode focused on childlessness or interviewing someone in the childless community, you are invited to earn commissions through our affiliate program.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have four weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy.
As an affiliate, you’ll be provided a unique link you can use when promoting the Childless Collective Summit. Each time someone purchases an All Access Pass through your link, you’ll receive 50% of the purchase price. Your participation will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a podcast episode worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions.
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? You’ll find all the details below. My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing support and connection to the childless community.
The first thing I’ll need is some very basic information from you so I can highlight you and your podcast on our promotional pages. Click here to use this form to send your basic info to me by Saturday, December 19.
This information includes things like:
Your podcast episode should focus on a topic directly related to being childless not by choice. You can either talk about a topic on your own or find someone from the childless community to interview. I’m happy to brainstorm topic ideas with you or to connect you with someone in the childless community to interview.
Each day of the summit has a theme so feel free to use any of the ideas below as a topic for your episode.
Once it gets closer to the deadline, I’ll send a form you can use to submit your podcast episode to be included in the Podcaster’s Bundle. Since we are asking this content to be exclusive to the summit, we ask that you do not publish this episode outside of the All Access Pass.
Submissions are due by January 15, 2021.
The power of an online summit comes from a community coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged (but not required) to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on February 15, 2021.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any Extended Access Pass sales.
You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault below (Coming Soon).
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the Extended Access Passes where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made on a monthly basis starting April 1, 2021.
Here’s how it works. All attendees can register and access all of the summit presentations for free during the event. Each day’s presentations will be available for 24 hours from when they are made available to attendees. If attendees would like access to any of the presentations after that window or to the bonus content, they have the option to purchase an Extended Access Pass.
As an affiliate, you will receive a unique link to promote the Childless Collective Summit and the Extended Access Passes. Using a program that tracks affiliate links, I will be able to see if someone visits the registration page, registers, or purchases an Extended Access Pass using your unique link.
Since we are a close community with an overlap of networks, I am also offering a 60 day, first referral lock in. This means that if someone doesn’t purchase an Extended Access Pass the first time it’s offered, but they decide to purchase one within that 60 day time period, the commission will go to the affiliate whose link was used the first time the purchaser visited the summit website.
As a speaker affiliate, you will receive a 50% commission on all Extended Access Pass sales purchased through your unique affiliate link (or when the purchaser’s first visit to the website is traced to your affiliate link).
The pricing structure will be as follows:
$47 for the Extended Basic Access Pass (your commission will be $23.50 per affiliate sale)
$87 for the Extended All Access Pass (your commission will be $43.50 per affiliate sale)
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
Just remember to use your affiliate link. Info on how to set up your link coming soon!
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
